7/10/11 Report - Fog on the Treasure Coast Ocean
Low Tide This Morning on a Treasure Coast Beach.As you can see it was a little foggy out on the ocean this morning. I have a video of the waves below. Also a little virtual snorkeling video that I experimented with.Some of the beach accesses have a lot of mosquitoes now. 3/1/11 Report - Big Seas Coming
Mammal Bone Fossil Embedded in Rock.Evidently this fossil or bone was enclosed as the rock formed. I wish I knew more about the age of rock formations.I recently found this fossil. It's not worth anything, but I thought it was interesting. It looks like a small limb bone. 12/30 Report - Low Tide Hunting Around Old Cuts
Cut at Low Tide This Morning.A few days ago the beach south of Jensen Beach was eroded as shown in this photo. There were a lot of clad coins at this cut.
