Necla İlac is a new company in Turkey. It's brand is Süs. Necla İlac produces herbal tea. We aim that the design is strong and pure. Therefore, we use black background in design. We use metallic gray for some fonts. After all, our customer is very satisfied.
This is a project done in the constructs of a re-positioning campaign for a well-known baby food brand called Bebelac. As a result of my research I aimed to portray naturalness in parallel to what the consumers expect and what the current brand identity lacked. I constructed concepts and visual concepts separately for different mediums. For the brand identity I chose the concept trust, which I visualised with the concept roof. For the general campaign concept which I designed a magazine ad, packaging design and a short TV commercial I developed the concept dearest to go with the visual concept animals and their nature. Whilst designing the project I focused on the expectations of my target audience of the chosen brand which is classified as B1 and B2.
I designed each animal colour specific to the flavour to create a contrast. The idea of each animal choice was identified by each ingredient as a bear would eat fruit, a monkey bananas, and a rabbit carrots. The visual method of a sketchy unfinished look was decided to give the brand a lightness; cohesive to the transparent packaging and the feeling of an organic brand, that focuses on the product itself.
I also designed a secondary packaging with a promotional item according to each packaging with the idea that the product is so natural that even animals are after it. Therefore a toy would help the meal experience and also promote a more fun and creative brand.
In the video we witness a scene where the feeding process has finished, and an almost finished Bebelac jar of baby food is placed on the kitchen counter. After the cost is clear, two of the playful Bebelac animals appear in pursuit of the leftover food. The idea was that animals only consume what is natural and therefore are after Bebelac which is an all-organic brand.
Fruit Bowl was designed for groceries and markets with thinking minimum use of material and natural resources. It offers to users maximum functionality with minimum efforts and minimum amount of waste. It is specialized to crusted fruits like apricots, plums, cheries and it focuses to fulfills all usage scenario from purchasing in groceries to eating in home. It brings advantages of multi-functionality, it offers a unique usage as being both washing container and trash container in same time different than it's packaging view. And also it's easy to storage with it's stockable design. It brings a practical, enjoyable and sustainable approach to market.
Milk & Flakes is designed to offer a practical and fun solution for children's breakfast and school feeding hours. This is a packaging proposal that serves as one portion cereal and milk combined for breakfast.
Milk & Flakes aims to create a new product by bringing together two different products which usually consume together. Breakfast cereal and milk combination sold as a portion serves as a healthy nutrition option for children. It gives a practical solution to the parents who have difficulty in preparing lunchbox.
Users can pour milk into the cereal box directly without needing for another bowl because of the Milk & Flakes’ s HDPE coated inner surface. In addition, ease of use is ensured by a spoon hidden between two boxes.
Pill Pocket was designed as a completely foldable medicine packaging design with thinking practicality and easy usage. It focuses to create a basic informative interface with using stickers as a reminder. It aims to suggest a new user-friendly option to the market with using it’s one surface as a informative area that was shaped around sticker usage. It aims to create a true and healthy usage of pills with giving informations about daily amount , total usage length of pills and before-after meal options.
Packaging Design for Contemporary İstanbul. I decided to use Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi (Turkish coffee brand) to show the harmony of Ottoman and Contemporary art. My concept is variety ant to show this, I choose the art of Ebru, Ottoman pattern and Ottoman binding art with some of the Turkish artists works in Contemporary İstanbul Exhibition. I used these art combinations on the little coffee packages. Also there is variety of flavors and form of packages which are mastic gum and chocolate flavors in rectengular packages, cinnemon and mint flavor Turkish coffee in triangle packages. We see numbers on each package, these numbers contains the which art belongs which artist and Ottoman figure.
Onnolive is a new company in Turkey. Onnolive produces extra virgin olive oil from their trees. We aim that the design is clean and pure. Therefore, we use full white background in design. The logo should be clear. Font selection is very important for us. We used bold and thin fonts to create contrast. After all, our customer is very satisfied.
