Dzielić Wódka (Student Project)

dzielić vodka comes from Poland, vodka's birthplace. Distilled six times and made from two local ingredients, this vodka has been a favorite since the 15th century. The name “dzielić,” meaning share, references the Poles vodka drinking tradition, where it’s expected to share your vodka amongst relatives and friends. Decorative folk art is a big part of the Polish culture so I wanted the majority of my design to feel handmade to resemble the handmade craft that most Polish folk art is. The colors and patterns chosen were inspired by Pysanky eggs and the wooden box in which the vodka comes in, references the once traditional gift which was traded amongst local families.
